Friday June 18th - Feldkirch to Malbun, Liechtenstein

We left Interlaken after 10PM the previous night after our long day on the bikes. We had three hour drive to Feldkirch, Austria. We chose to stay in Feldkirch due to its proximity to Liechtenstein and the stage finish. Liechtenstein is one of the smallest countries in the world. The race finished im Malbun, a ski resort in the Liechtenstein Alps. We rode from Feldkirch to Malbun in on and off rain. We endured a couple heavy dounpours, one of which was on the climb.

We also spent some time in Vaduz, the Liechtenstein capital and rode up to the Schloss Vaduz where the royal family resides.
